What room amenities are available?

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothpaste, cotton swabs, razor, shower cap, body towel, hair dryer, kettle, coffee maker, bath towel, face towel, bathrobe, nightwear, beach parka, and room slippers are provided.
*Bathrobes, nightwear, and slippers are to be worn in the room only.

May I request a specific rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not accept room assignments. We are happy to discuss with you about upgrading your room (for a fee), but we may not be able to meet your request depending on the availability of the room on the day of your stay.

Are there non-smoking rooms available?

Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, balconies, and throughout the hotel. Guests who smoke will be directed to designated smoking areas.

Is Internet access available in the rooms?

Internet access is available in all guest rooms via LAN or Wi-Fi. For Wi-Fi, please confirm the ID and password for each room from the top screen of the TV

Is there a computer available for loan?

Please bring your own computer since there is no computers available for loan. However, there are computers available 24 hours a day at the Business Center located on the lobby floor.

Is there a DVD/Blu-ray player available?

Although the items are not available in every room, a DVD player is available for free rental.

I would like to use one room for 3-4 people. Do you have such rooms available?

All rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons, except for the EXES Royal Pool Suite on the 9th floor. Universal Design Rooms and Premier Grand Suites are two-bed rooms and have a total of three beds: twin beds and a double bed. Other rooms have a total of four beds: twin beds + two built-in beds.

Up to what age can I sleep with my child?

Children up to preschool age may sleep with their parents. Children of elementary school age and older are charged at the child’s rate. The maximum number of children sleeping in a room sharing beds with parents is 2 (except for the corner suite, where up to 3 children can sleep in the room).

Can the beds be put together?

It is possible to put two beds together. Please let us know if you wish.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Can I extend my check-out time?

If you wish to extend your check-out time, an additional fee will be charged. Please contact the hotel for details.

What restaurants are available at the hotel?

There is a restaurant “Ten” in the hotel. The restaurant serves breakfast (7:00 AM-10:00 AM) and dinner (6:00 PM-10:00 PM). A wide range of meals are available, including authentic courses, kaiseki cuisine, and teppanyaki.

Do I need a reservation for the restaurant?

You can use the restaurant without a reservation. If you have a specific date and time in mind, we recommend that you make a reservation to ensure smooth service. Reservations are also recommended for the Teppanyaki course, as there are only a few seats available. Reservations may be required on event days.

Do you have a la carte?

A la carte options are available on the Western menu.

Do you accommodate allergies?

Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, since we have only one kitchen, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the severity of your allergy. Also, we indicate the 7 major allergies on the buffet menu at breakfast. Please feel free to consult with us.

I am not staying overnight, but can I use the restaurant?

Yes, you can. Reservations are required in advance, so please call or apply online.

Is there baby equipment available for rent?

Cribs, bed guards, and strollers are available free of charge. However, the number of items is limited, so please make reservations early.

Do you sell baby products in the hotel?

Baby food, disposable diapers, etc. are available at the Wing Tower 1st floor convenience store in the adjacent Okinawa Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocean Spa.

Is there baby food available?

For guests using Restaurant Ten for breakfast and dinner, one baby food item will be provided free of charge, and the second item will be provided for ¥330 (tax included).

Can I clean baby bottles?

Our staff will clean the bottles for you. Please feel free to contact us.

Where can I sterilize baby bottles?

Please ask at the restaurant or front desk.

My child is small and does not need a bed (bedding).

Preschool children under 6 years old who sleep with their parents will be free of charge.

Can the bed be attached to the wall because I am worried about my child falling out?

Due to the structure of the room, it is not possible to attach the beds to the wall, however, it is possible to put two beds together.

Are wheelchairs available for rent?

We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for rent free of charge during your stay. Please make reservations as early as possible as there is a limited number of the items available.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

There are steps only in the esthetic salon and Aqua Space, but we have made the steps as small as possible, including at the entrance, and have installed slopes at the hotel. There are also a dedicated wheelchair parking lot and a dedicated restroom.

Can I bring a guide dog or other service dog?

Yes, you can. The dog can stay in the hotel and also can be accompanied in the restaurant. Please contact us if you wish to bring your service dog.

When can I swim at Kariyushi Beach?

How long is the walk to Kariyushi Beach?

It is a 10-15 minute walk, but during certain times of the year, a shuttle bus will be available to take you to the beach in 4-5 minutes. During the rest of the year, we will provide transportation to and from the beach at any time, so please inquire at the front desk.

Is there a fee to use Kariyushi Beach?

Free of charge for guests staying at the hotel.

Can I change in my room and go to the beach?

When you go out in your swimsuit, please wear the hooded sweatshirt provided in your room.

Are showers/lockers available at the beach?

Shower facilities (free of charge) and coin lockers (¥200) are available.

Is there a swimming pool?

The hotel has Garden Pool, Indoor Pool, and Beachside Pool on the beach. Children are welcome to use the hotel pools. Arm helpers (free of charge) and floatation rings (charged) are available for rent.

Are swimsuits available for rent?

No rental swimsuites are available at this time. They are available at the KBC Shop on the lobby floor.

Do you have air pumps for floats?

They are available at the hotel Indoor Pool, and available at Lawson convenience store at Kariyushi Beach.

Is there a spin-drier for swimsuits?

Available at the hotel’s health club.

I have a tattoo on a part of my body.

All tattoos, including one-point tattoos, are prohibited in the hotel and all facilities. Guests are required to wear a jacket inside the facilities and a rash guard in the swimming pool.

Do you accept credit cards?

VISA, JCB, DC, UC, NICOS, JACCS, AMEX, Diners, OCS, Million, Saison, Aeon, debit card, and UnionPay card are accepted.

Can I pay with electronic money?

At the front desk, stores, and some restaurants, you can pay by electronic money “Rakuten Edy, iD, WAON, nanaco, QUICPay, Kitaca, Suica, PASMO, manaca, TOICA, ICOCA, SUGOCA, nimoca, Hayakaken”.

When should I pay for my stay when I make a reservation through this website?

We will ask you to deposit the room charge in advance at the time of check-in. The balance of the deposit will be settled upon check-out.

Is there a convenience store near the hotel?

It is located next to Kariyushi Beach.

Is there a bank ATM in the hotel?

There is no ATM in the hotel. Please use the Lawson located next to Kariyushi Beach.

Is there a fee to use the spa?

Aqua Space, a spa facility with Jacuzzi and sauna, is located on the second floor of the hotel. The fee for one visit is ¥500. Unlimited passes are also available for use during your stay.

Are there any facilities to play inside the hotel in case of rain?

Game corner, karaoke box, and etc. are available at Okinawa Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocean Spa.

Is there a laundromat in the hotel?

A coin-operated laundromat available 24 hours a day is located on the 3rd floor.

Is there a cleaning service?

If you drop off your items by 10:00 AM, we will finish it in the evening on the same day.

Is there an ice machine available?

Yes, there is. They are located on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th floors.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

From Naha Airport, drive north on Route 58 for about 90 minutes (about 60km).

Yes, it is available free of charge.

Can I call a cab right away?

There is always a waiting taxi available for immediate use. If the waiting taxi is out of service, please allow 15 to 30 minute waiting time.

Summer highs are around 32 degrees Celsius. Sunset is around 7:30 PM. Winter maximum temperatures are around 14 degrees Celsius. Sunset is around 5:30 PM-6:00 PM.
